The Chinese smartphone maker Lenovo, announced its new flagship K5 Note which is said to be the successor of the recently launched K4 Note in China. Price of this smartphone is around 1099 Yuan at china and will go on sale in China from 31st January in Silver and Golden colour options. About global roll out the company has not yet revealed any date.lenovo K5 note

The New Lenovo K5 Note comes with lot’s of improvement compair to K4 Note such as full metal Body. Highlight feature of the handset is its fingerprint scanner, placed below the camera module on the rear panel and the handset also packs Dolby Atmos powered speakers.

Lenovo K5 Note has a 5.5-inch HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and supports dual nano SIM functionality. The smartphone is powered by a 1.8 GHz Octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor  with 2GB of RAM. Onboard storage of the handset is 16GB which can be expanded further up to 128GB via microSD card.

Other connectivity options available are GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB, and FM radio and has support for OTG(on-the-go-USB). It’s display is coated with Corning gorilla glass 3 for toughness. for photography purpose, It has 13MP of camera with support for Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF), a f/2.2 aperture and dual tone LED flash  and 8MP selfie camera(front facing).

Most important feature of any smartphone is it’s Battery, and hence this Handset comes with great battery backup support of 3500 mAh. The K5 Note also includes support for fast charging with he provided 5V/2A adapter.

According to report we found, this Handset may get update to Android 6.0 Marshmallow soon.
